Blade replacement instructions are as follows:

1. Begin by placing the safety cap on the blade and turning the neck counter-clockwise to release the blade. Remove safety cap and carefully remove the dull blade and dispose of it properly.
2. Insert new blade into the neck and place the safety cap back on the blade.
3. Turn the neck clockwise until it is tightened and secure.
